  1. Coriander, including stalks, fine chopping.
  2. Peel and squeeze garlic.
  3. Grind or rub cashew nuts in a food processor or mortar.
  4. Add coriander, garlic and cheese and finely ground.
  5. Add so much oil that a smooth mixture is formed..
