Chickpea dip with sesame seeds
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: chickpeas (drained), garlic (coarsely chopped), olive oil, lemon juice and sesame seeds.

Puree the chickpeas with the garlic in a high bowl with a food processor or a hand blender.

Gradually add the oil and lemon juice and puree until a smooth, thick mass is created.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Roast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown and let cool on a plate.

Spread the dip thinly over a plate and sprinkle the sesame seed over it.

Keep the dip possibly covered in the refrigerator..
