Oven dish with cod in white wine sauce.
Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
Chop the onion. Bring the white wine to the boil and add the onion and thyme. Remove from the heat and let cool for 30 minutes.
Place the fish in the baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper and pour marinade over it. Leave to marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Pour the wine out of the oven dish as much as possible, but leave the rest of the ingredients in the dish.
Keep a little of the wine. Pour the oil over the cod and put in the oven for 6-8 minutes. Pour some wine over it if it gets too dry.
Clean the lemon and finely chop the garlic and parsley. Grate the zest of the lemon. Remove the fish from the oven and sprinkle with the mixture.
