Dutch couscous
Dutch couscous with mushrooms, carrot, onion and cream cheese.

Directions

Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the packaging. Peel and chop the onion. Clean mushrooms and cut into slices.

Cut the carrot into cubes. Heat oil in frying pan and fry onion and winter carrots approx. 3 min.

Add the mushrooms and fry for about 2 minutes. Pour peas, cream cheese and water through them and warm for about 3 minutes.

Mix the couscous with the oil and heat in frying pan according to instructions. Season with salt and pepper.

Put the couscous in a bowl. Divide vegetable mixture over couscous.
