A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: carrot (scraped and sliced), cauliflower (in small florets) and breast milk or follow-on milk (possibly).

Boil the carrot together with the cauliflower covered in a pan with a bottom of water in 10-12 minutes. Drain the vegetables, but catch a little of the cooking liquid.

Puree the carrot and cauliflower with the hand blender into a smooth puree. When mashing, add some cooking liquid, breast milk or follow-on milk to dilute the bite.
