Couscous of cauliflower, curry, cumin, tomato, corn, mint, feta, olives.

Directions

  1. Divide the cauliflower into florets. Finely grind in a food processor until the cauliflower looks like couscous.
  2. Put in a bowl and mix with the lemon olive oil, curry, ground cumin, pepper and salt.
