Sauerkraut chicken with potatoes


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, olive oil, shallots (in rings), wine sauerkraut, fresh oregano leaves, chicken breasts, butter, crème fraîche and small potatoes.

Directions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the shallots in glass for 3 min. Stir in the sauerkraut and oregano and gently simmer the sauerkraut for 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile sprinkle the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the chicken breasts over medium heat in approx. 10 min. Golden brown and done, turn the fillets regularly.
  3. Place the fillets on a warm plate and keep them warm under aluminum foil. Add the remaining oil to the shortening and fry the potatoes in a crunchy crunchy brown. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir the crème fraîche through the sauerkraut and bring the vegetables to the boil. Cut the fillets diagonally into slices. Divide the sauerkraut and potatoes over 4 plates and place the slices of chicken on top.
