Cut the onions into rings. But clean the mushrooms and cut into quarters. Cut the tomatoes into pieces.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the meat on high heat in 5 min. Golden brown and done.

Add the onion rings and mushrooms and stir fry for another 4 minutes.

Stir in the thyme and mustard. Take the wok from the heat and season with salt and pepper.

Put the lettuce and tomato on a plate. Spoon the meat with the vegetables on it. Serve with the bread.
