Meal salad with pork strips, red onion, mushrooms, mustard and oakleaf lamella

Directions

  1. Cut the onions into rings. But clean the mushrooms and cut into quarters. Cut the tomatoes into pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the meat on high heat in 5 min. Golden brown and done.
  3. Add the onion rings and mushrooms and stir fry for another 4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the thyme and mustard. Take the wok from the heat and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Put the lettuce and tomato on a plate. Spoon the meat with the vegetables on it. Serve with the bread.
