Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Bring a pan with plenty of water and a pinch of salt to the boil and blanch the cauliflower florets in about 5 minutes until al dente. Drain and drain well.
  2. Beat the crème fraîche with the egg, salt and pepper and stir in the cauliflower.
  3. Put this mixture in the baking dish and spread the cheese and almonds over it.
  4. Bake the cauliflower gratin in the center of the oven in about 15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Tasty with crisp potatoes with chopped parsley and chives.
