Grilled fish mix
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, lemon oil (bottle of a 250 ml), tuna steak ((frozen, 250 g), thawed), salmon ((frozen, 250 g), thawed), king prawns ((frozen, 500 g), thawed), capers (pot), fresh dill ((bag a 15 g), chopped) and yoghurt (lean).
Spread the barbecue skewers thinly with lemon oil.
Cut the tuna and the salmon into coarse pieces and baste them with the king prawns on the skewers.
Grill them for 10-15 minutes (when the prawns are dark pink, they are done).
Stir in the capers and the dill with the yoghurt and season to taste with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.
Serve the yoghurt sauce with the fish skewers..
