A delicious scandinavian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, minced beef, fresh dill (chopped), onion (chopped), grated horseradish (pot) and oil (to cover).

Directions

  1. Light the barbecue.
  2. Grind in a food processor or knead with your hands the mince with the dill, onion and horseradish to a fine, even mass.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Divide into 8 equal portions and form 8 thin sausages of approx.
  5. 10 cm.
  6. Place 2 minced meat sausages on each skewer.
  7. Place the meat skewers covered for approx.
  8. 1 hour in the refrigerator to get a bit firmer.
  9. Brush the minced sausages with oil and grill them for 10-15 min.
  10. Around brown and cooked..
