Scandinavian meat skewer
A delicious scandinavian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, minced beef, fresh dill (chopped), onion (chopped), grated horseradish (pot) and oil (to cover).

Light the barbecue.

Grind in a food processor or knead with your hands the mince with the dill, onion and horseradish to a fine, even mass.

Season with salt and pepper.

Divide into 8 equal portions and form 8 thin sausages of approx.

10 cm.

Place 2 minced meat sausages on each skewer.

Place the meat skewers covered for approx.
-
1 hour in the refrigerator to get a bit firmer.

Brush the minced sausages with oil and grill them for 10-15 min.
