Boil the cauliflower florets for 9 minutes in water with salt.

Drain.

Heat the butter in a saucepan.

Add the flour and stir.

Let the mixture be cooked for about 3 minutes on low heat.

Add the milk and bring to a smooth sauce while stirring.

Season with nutmeg and pepper and salt.

Pour over the cauliflower and sprinkle with the cheese..
