Directions

  1. Boil the cauliflower florets for 9 minutes in water with salt.
  2. Drain.
  3. Heat the butter in a saucepan.
  4. Add the flour and stir.
  5. Let the mixture be cooked for about 3 minutes on low heat.
  6. Add the milk and bring to a smooth sauce while stirring.
  7. Season with nutmeg and pepper and salt.
  8. Pour over the cauliflower and sprinkle with the cheese..
