Ingredients
- 600 milliliters vegetable stock from tablet
- 350 gram celeriac peeled, into cubes
- 600 milliliters herbal broth from tablet
- 150 gram potato peeled, into cubes
- 300 milliliters milk
- 1 tablespoon fresh celery leaves minced meat
- 50 gram walnut minced meat
- 75 gram mature cheese coarsely grated
- 75 gram mature cheese in small blocks
Kitchen Stuff
Directions

Heat the stock and cook the celeriac and potato in 15 minutes.

Puree the soup, add the milk and bring the soup to the boil while stirring.

Add salt, pepper, celeriac, nuts and cheese just before serving.
