Boil the potatoes in about 20 minutes. Cook the cubes of celeriac in a second pan in about the same time.

Drain the potatoes and let them dry steam. Pour the celeriac.

Heat the cream with the mustard. Make puree the boiled potatoes with the help of a pestle. Stir in the mustard cream.

Spoon the celeriac cubes and the celeriac through the mash. Serve warm smoked sausage in pieces of this stew.
