Celeriac stew with vegetarian smoked sausage (advertorial)
Stew of celeriac and vegetables with parsley and white cheese and vegetarian smoked sausage.
Peel the celeriac and cut into 2 cm pieces. Boil in water with salt, if necessary, for 15 minutes.
Drain in a colander and press out the moisture with a spoon.
Puree the celeriac together with the butter and the mustard with the hand blender.
In the meantime, heat the smoked sausage according to the instructions on the packaging.
Boil the stew vegetables in another pan in 10 minutes until done and crush coarsely with the puree tamper.
Meanwhile, cut the parsley fine. Mix the stew vegetables with the celeriac and parsley.
Season to taste with pepper and salt and spread over the plates.
Crumble the white cheese over it and serve with the smoked sausages and the rest of the mustard.
