Grind the tea with the spices in a mortar or food processor. Scoop the tea mixture into an empty tea bag or tea egg.

Add 500 ml of boiling water and let it infuse for about 5 minutes.

In the meantime, heat the almond milk in a pan and whisk lightly with a whisk or milk frother.

Pour the tea into 4 large glasses and pour in the whipped almond milk. Stir in honey to taste and dust with a pinch of cinnamon.
