Fry the whole mushrooms on a high stand in a olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and garlic.

Bake for a few minutes and finish everything with the sherry or white wine. Leave to cook at high speed and sprinkle with the parsley at the last minute. Delicious with bread or toast.
