A tasty recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: wholemeal bread, low-fat margarine, mature cheese (30), apricot jam, dried apricots (in strips), rye bread and cucumber.
Whole wheat bread with low-fat margarine and place with cheese.
Spread apricot jam over it and put apricot strips on it.
Cover the bread with rye bread (use 2 slices if necessary).
Cut bread in half.
Keep in bread bin together with cucumber..
