                                Peel the pears, cut into quarters and remove the core. Cut the flesh into cubes of 1 x 1 cm (brunoise).

                                Put the pear in a saucepan with the water. Squeeze out the lemon.
 - 
                                Add the juice together with the jelly sugar and add the 5 spices. Bring to the boil and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Allow the jam to cool in 2 hours.

                                Put the cheeses on a shelf. Serve the pear jam. Yummy! .
