Cheese schnitzel with pasta and tomatoes


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: penne rigate (pasta), olive oil, garlic (in slices), (spray) tomatoes (in pieces), black olives without pip (in four), chilli (crumbled), cheese schnitzel (pack a 2) pieces) and fresh basil (a 15 g in strips).

Directions

  1. Cook pasta in 10-12 min.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fry garlic in woks.
  3. Stir in tomatoes and olives and stir-fry about 4 minutes on medium heat.
  4. Season with salt and chili pepper.
  5. Fry 1 tbsp oil in frying pan with non-stick coating and fry cheese schnitzel for 3-4 min.
  6. Until cheese begins to melt.
  7. Drain pasta, scoop through tomatoes and continue to heat through.
  8. Put pasta on a warm plate and place cheese schnitzel next to it.
  9. Spread the basil over it..
