Spanish turkey jacket
A tasty Spanish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, turkey breast, chorizo sausage (a 250 g), yellow pepper, olive oil, dried chili peppers (ground) and green (garlic) olives (without pits).

Cut the turkey breast into 16 cubes of equal size. Cut the chorizo sausage into 16 slices and the sweet pepper in 16 pieces. Put the oil with chili pepper to taste in a deep plate and scoop the turkey breast through it. Baste the turkey breast with the chorizo, bell pepper and olives on the 8 skewers (or on long bamboo skewers, soaked). Keep the turkey jacket leaves covered in the refrigerator, but allow to reach room temperature in time.

Place the turkey jacket on a well greased griddle over medium hot fire and grill in 10-12 minutes until done; turn them regularly.
