Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Fry the rösti on a griddle covered with parchment paper in about 20 minutes until golden brown. Turn halfway.

  4. Heat the rest of the oil in another frying pan and fry the meat in 6 min. Brown from the outside and rosé inside. Turn halfway. Serve with the sauce and rösti. Delicious with asparagus tips.
