Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Mix the flour with the baking powder. Add the pumpkin, milk, thyme and cheese and knead into a whole. Do this as quickly as possible, by kneading too much the scones become tough.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface to 2 cm thick. Put rounds out of the dough and place them on the baking sheet.

Bake the scones in the oven in about 15 minutes until golden brown.
