Cheese tortelloni with salmon cream sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, zucchini (sliced in thin slices), tortelloni con formaggio e nocci (pasta 250 g), crème fraîche, smoked salmon pieces (bowl 200 g), capers and watercress (75 g).

Zucchini boil in plenty of water with salt for 2 minutes and remove with a skimmer.

Cook in the same water tortellini in 8 min.

Heat crème fraîche on low heat in saucepan.

Stir in shreds and capers, season to taste with pepper.

Remove hard stems from watercress.

Drain tortelloni and put back in pan with 2 tablespoons of cooking water.

Stir in sauce, zucchini and watercress.

Distribute tortelloni over two warm plates..
