Pork fillet with croutons
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pine nuts (box 80 g), flat parsley (only the leaves), sage (only the leaves), butter, garlic (finely chopped), white bread (in cubes of 1/2 x 1) / 2 cm), Parmesan cheese (grated), pork fillets and olive oil.

Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the pine nuts for 2 minutes. Allow to cool on a plate. In the meantime, finely chop the herbs.

Heat the butter in the same frying pan. Add the herbs and garlic and fruit 1 min. Add the bread and cook over medium heat for 4 min. Change regularly. Remove the pan from the heat and pour in the pine nuts and cheese.

In the meantime, brush the pork fillet with the oil and sprinkle with (freshly ground) pepper. Light the barbecue or heat the grill pan without oil or butter. Grill the meat for 5 minutes. Turn halfway. Leave for 2 minutes on a plate under a lid and serve with the croutons.
