Summer wraps with ratatouille
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: (olive) oil, Provencal wok vegetables (400 g), wraps (pack of 6), tomato cubes (400 ml), sour cream (125 ml), paprika powder, iceberg lettuce (in strips) and grated old cheese (80 g).

Heat the oil in a frying pan.

Stir fry the vegetables, add the tomato after 3 min.

And let cook for 5 min.

Uncovered gently.

Heat the wraps according to the instructions on the package.

Stir in a bowl the sour cream with pepper and salt to taste.

Season the wok vegetables with paprika, pepper and salt.

Place a wrap on each board.

Divide the lettuce, most of the sour cream and half of the cheese and double them.
-
Spoon the wok vegetables next to it and serve with the rest of the sour cream and cheese..
