Cherry ricotta mousse
A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: cherries in pot (4 cherries for garnishing).

Soak the gelatine for about 5 minutes in cold water. Let the cherries drain and store the syrup.

Cut the cherries into pieces and beat the whipped cream with the sugar.

Stir in the vanilla sugar and pieces of cherry through the ricotta. Heat 50 ml cherry syrup.

Squeeze the gelatine well and let it roast in the hot syrup. Spoon the gelatin through the ricotta.

Chop the chocolate coarsely and mix through the ricotta mixture and also pour in the whipped cream.

Put 4 rounds out of the slices of cake with a protrusion or glass. Line the rings with cling film and put on 4 plates.

Put the rounds of cake in the rings. Spread the ricotta mixture over it and smooth the top. Allow the mousse to set in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Remove the rings and remove the foil from the mousse. Garnish with cherries.
