Directions

  1. Let the cherries drain and collect the syrup.
  2. Puree the cherries with the hand blender or food processor. Add the yoghurt and the cream and mix for approx. 5 seconds.
  3. Put the ice cubes in a clean tea towel and splinter the ice with a rolling pin (or other heavy object).
  4. Add the ice splinters with the sugar and 1 dl of syrup to the cherry mixture and stir well. Serve the smoothie in tall glasses with a straw.
