Chervil soup with smoked herring


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, chervil cream soup (a 400 ml), meat tomato and lightly smoked herring fillet (200 g).

Directions

  1. Heat soup according to instructions.
  2. Bring to the boil in pan.
  3. Cut into tomato with a sharp knife.
  4. Dip the tomato in boiling water for 30 seconds and let it quench in cold water.
  5. Take the peel of tomatoes.
  6. Cut tomato into quarters and remove seeds.
  7. Cut the flesh into cubes.
  8. Remove herring fillet from the skin and cut into strips.
  9. Distribute soup over four plates.
  10. Make some tomato cubes in the center of each plate.
  11. Bars fill herring fillet over plates.
  12. Serve immediately..
