Chili con carne with beef strips
A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, garlic (in slices), onions (in rings), ground cumin (djinten), red peppers (in strips), black beans ((a 400 g), drained), tomato sauce ( tomato frito, a 350 g) and beef strips.

Heat 3 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic, onion and cumin for 3 min. Add the bell pepper and cook for 5 min. Add the beans and tomato frito and heat for 3 minutes.

Sprinkle the beef strips with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the strips on high heat for 2 min. Scoop the chili and serve immediately. Tasty with fresh coriander.
