Chestnut mushrooms with anchovy cream
A tasty Italian recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, chestnut mushrooms, olive oil, lemon juice, anchovy fillets, fresh cream cheese (at room temperature), whipped cream, red pesto (a 100 g bowl) and fresh parsley (finely chopped).

Clean mushrooms with kitchen paper and remove stalks (are not used).

Heat the oil and fry the mushrooms quickly.

Drip with lemon juice and sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper.

2 minutes gently braise.

Meanwhile, anchovy fillets are cut into small pieces and then rubbed with a fork.

Stir in cream cheese, whipped cream and pesto.

Season with (little) salt and freshly ground pepper.

Warm up high mushrooms with anchovy cream.

Garnish with parsley.

Serve immediately..
