Chicken Madras


Indian dish with chicken puffs, onion, red pepper, tomato, curry paste, yellow rice and Greek yoghurt.

Directions

  1. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the butter in a skillet and fry the chicken in 5 minutes brown.
  3. Cut the onion into half rings. Cut the red peppers into strips. Cut the tomatoes into wedges.
  4. Add the onion to the chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the pepper, tomato, curry paste and the water. Bring to the boil and leave with the lid on the pan over low heat for 15 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  7. Add the yogurt to the chicken and warm for 2 minutes. Divide the rice over the plates.
