Chicken burger with spicy cucumber salsa
A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: poultry, cucumber (peeled), spring onions (in rings), red pepper (desiccated and in strips), olive oil, lemon juice, brown bread, chicken breast (diced), egg, paprika powder, brown balls ((hard) ) and halved).

Halve cucumber, remove seed strips and cut into small cubes.

Mix cucumber with spring onions, red pepper, 2 tbsp olive oil, lemon juice and salt to taste.

Bread crumble bread in the kitchen machine.

Remove bread crumbs and finely chop chicken fillet.

Mix chicken breast with egg, bread crumbs, paprika and 1/2 tsp salt and pepper.

Form 4 flat discs from mixture.

In frying pan with non-stick coating, fry chicken burgers in rest of oil in 10 min.

Until cooked and brown.

Place chicken burgers on bread rolls and serve with cucumber salsa..
