Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Divide the vegetable fries over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake in the middle of the oven in approx. 35 min. Until done.

Take the vegetable fries out of the oven after 25 minutes and scoop. Put the kaiser rolls and add another 10 minutes. Meanwhile, remove the leaves from the head of lettuce.

In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken burgers golden brown in about 5 minutes on medium heat. Turn halfway.

Cut the bread rolls in half. Cover the bottom halves of the sandwiches successively with the lettuce leaves, a burger and gherkin slices.

Put the top on top and serve together with the vegetable fries and applesauce.
