Chicken cloves with corn dish


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, butter or margarine, chicken cloves seasoned (about 700 g), crumbly potatoes (approx. 200 g), red pepper, onion, corn kernels (300 g), crème fraîche and fresh parsley (30 g).

Directions

  1. Fry 50 g of butter in frying pan.
  2. Roast chicken cloves in brown and cooked for about 20 minutes.
  3. Clean potatoes and pierce them in different places with a fork.
  4. Scent the pepper, clean and cut into cubes.
  5. Peel and chop onions.
  6. Cook potatoes in microwave oven at full power (700 watts) for approx.
  7. 10 minutes.
  8. Drain corn.
  9. Heat residual butter in frying pan.
  10. Season the onion and paprika for about 3 minutes.
  11. Add corn and gently heat.
  12. Meanwhile, stir up crème fraîche with salt and pepper.
  13. Cut the parsley finely and stir in crème fraîche.
  14. Slice potatoes half-open and serve with a generous spoonful of sauce.
  15. Serve with corn and chicken puffs..
