Chicken cloves with corn dish
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, butter or margarine, chicken cloves seasoned (about 700 g), crumbly potatoes (approx. 200 g), red pepper, onion, corn kernels (300 g), crème fraîche and fresh parsley (30 g).

Fry 50 g of butter in frying pan.

Roast chicken cloves in brown and cooked for about 20 minutes.

Clean potatoes and pierce them in different places with a fork.

Scent the pepper, clean and cut into cubes.

Peel and chop onions.

Cook potatoes in microwave oven at full power (700 watts) for approx.

10 minutes.

Drain corn.
-
Heat residual butter in frying pan.

Season the onion and paprika for about 3 minutes.

Add corn and gently heat.

Meanwhile, stir up crème fraîche with salt and pepper.

Cut the parsley finely and stir in crème fraîche.

Slice potatoes half-open and serve with a generous spoonful of sauce.

Serve with corn and chicken puffs..
