Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken breasts in about 5 minutes and brown. Add a dash of wine and let it boil for a while.

Put a lid on the pan and let the chicken fillet be cooked in about 5 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pan and keep warm on a plate under a lid.

Stir the cakes in the pan and stir in a knob of butter. Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts and serve immediately.
