Chicken fillet in butter-lemon sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: poultry, lemon, chicken fillet cheese (a ca. 300 g), flour and butter.
Squeeze out the lemon.
Spread chicken filet with salt and pepper and swirl through flour.
Shake off excess flour.
Heat half of butter in a large frying pan.
Roast chicken tenderloins on a high heat for 3 minutes, turning halfway.
Turn the fire down and add the rest of the butter.
Add lemon juice and cook with lid on pan for another 4 minutes, until chicken is cooked and lemon juice is tied..
