Chicken fillet with broccoli
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, potatoes (pound of lettuce (500 g)), chicken breasts, olive oil, broccoli (in florets), cheese sauce (44 g), tomatoes, basil ((15 g) and finely chopped).

Cook the potatoes in the peel for 15 minutes until done. Drain and leave to evaporate for 5 minutes in the pan.

Meanwhile, halve the chicken breasts in the length and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken in 15 min. Brown and done.

Cook the broccoli in 6 minutes until al dente. In the meantime, prepare the cheese sauce according to the instructions on the packaging. Cut the tomatoes into quarters and remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into cubes. Add the basil and the tomato to the cheese sauce.

Divide the potatoes, broccoli and chicken over 4 plates and scoop the cheese sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
