A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken stock, chicken fillets, flat parsley ((20 g), only the leaves), garlic, anchovy fillets ((tin can 46 g), finely chopped), capers (jar 100 g), olive oil, basil ( (15 g) and only the leaves).
Bring 750 ml of water to the boil. Add the bouillon tablet and dissolve it in the boiling water. Add the chicken breasts and leave to stand on the fire for 2 minutes against the boil. Now turn off the heat and let the chicken stand for 30 minutes in the liquid.
Put the parsley, garlic, anchovies, capers, oil and basil in a measuring cup. Puree with the hand blender. Add 3 tbsp chicken stock to make the sauce more liquid.
Heat the chicken in the stock, but do not let it boil again. Cut the chicken into slices and serve with the sauce.
