Chicken in lemon sauce with green couscous
Chicken fillet with lemon juice, broccoli and couscous.

Divide broccoli into small florets, cut stalk into thin slices and wash. Cut chicken fillets into 6 large pieces.

Put couscous in a bowl and pour boiling water over it, let it soak for 6 minutes. Heat in a frying pan of butter. Fry the chicken for 5 minutes.

Stir stock cube, 1/2 dl water, lemon juice and sugar through it, bring to a boil. Stir in crème fraîche, simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.

Season with salt, pepper and possibly some lemon soup. Put the vaulted couscous in a steamer or basket, place the broccoli on top and steam until about 5 minutes.

Mix the couscous and broccoli and add pepper and salt to taste. Spoon on plates and divide chicken with them.
