Chicken liver with mango chutney
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken liver, flour, butter or margarine, mango chutney (pot a 340 g) and cress.

Cut supplies into pieces the size of spoon cavity.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, swirl through flour and beat off excess flour.

Heat butter in frying pan and cook in about 2 to 3 minutes.

Make 1 teaspoon of chutney in each spoonful.

Then put in fried chicken liver and sprinkle amuses with cut cress.
