Chicken liver with plums
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, crumbled potatoes (peeled), ready-to-cook red cabbage (a 300 g), shallots (chopped), cloves, chicken liver, butter, vegtable prunes (bag of 250 g) and all-in-one.

Potatoes boil in 20-25 min.

Red cabbage with little water, 1/3 of shallots, cloves and a little salt in 20 min.

Clean chicken's liver and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Fry 25 g of butter in frying pan and cook on medium heat around brown bowls.

Rest of shallots for 1 min.

Prepare plums and 150 ml of water.

Dry the food for 8 min.

And reduce the heat slightly.

Drain potatoes and collect moisture.

Mash potatoes and stir 25 g butter and some cooking juices into a smooth puree.

Moisture from coal and possibly from supplies bind with all-in-one.

Season with salt and pepper.

Spread the puree and red cabbage on four plates, create chicken livers..
