Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Boil them in water with salt in 20 minutes until done.

In the meantime, heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the sausages in 15 minutes until done. Times regularly.

Chop the onion. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the onion and the curry powder for 2 minutes.

Add the sauerkraut and smother with the lid on the pan in 10 minutes until al dente. Chop the walnuts coarsely and scoop through them.

Drain the potatoes and collect the cooking liquid.

Stamp the potatoes and the cooking liquid (25 ml per person) with the puree mash to puree.

Stir in the curry and pepper. Serve with the sausages.
