Chicken piri piri with potato-olive puree
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, breakfast bacon (in strips), olive oil, chicken filet piri piri (a ca. 250 g), tomato cubes (400 g), Italian vegetable mix (400 g), fresh mashed potatoes (a 550 g) and black olives without pit.

Fry bacon strips for 2 minutes in half of oil.

Add chicken fillet and brown casseroles in 4 min.

Pour the contents of canned tomatoes and vegetable mix through them.

Cook covered for 8 minutes on medium heat simmer, stirring occasionally.

Season with salt and pepper.

In the meantime, heat mash according to instructions in microwave.

Halve olives and mix with remaining oil with warm puree.

Create puree on four plates and distribute chicken piri piri..
