Chicken rolls with blue cheese
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken fillet (2 pieces), bluefin cheese (eg Danablu), olive oil, potato slices (600 g, frozen), dried thyme and broccoli (in florets).

Cut the chicken fillets horizontally in half lengthwise into 4 thin cutlets and then beat them a little flatter with a rolling pin or a saucepan.

Cut the cheese into slices.

Divide them over the schnitzels, roll them up and stick them with a cocktail stick.

Sprinkle the chicken rolls with pepper.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a frying pan and fry the rolls for about 12 minutes until golden brown and done.

Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the potato slices with the thyme in 10 minutes until golden brown and done.

Cook the broccoli in a little water with salt in 5 minutes until al dente.

Take the chicken rolls out of the pan and put them on 4 plates.

Serve with the potato slices and the broccoli..
