Vegetarian dish with nut rice, paprika, minced meat, corn grits, onion and tomato sauce.

Directions

  1. Cook the nut rice according to the instructions on the package. Drain and collect the cooking water.
  2. Halve the red and yellow bell peppers (including stalk) and remove the seeds and seeds.
  3. Spoon 1/3 of the rice with the minced meat and fill the pepper halves with this rice mixture.
  4. Spoon the corn grains through the rest of the rice and keep the pan covered hot on a hot plate.
  5. Cut the green pepper and onion.
  6. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes. Add the green pepper and stir-fry 3 minutes.
  7. Pour in the tomato sauce and bring to the boil while stirring. Add some boiling water from the rice if the sauce is too thick.
  8. Place the stuffed peppers in the sauce, cover and roast the peppers for about 15 minutes on low heat.
  9. Divide the rice over the plates, put a stuffed bell pepper on top and scoop the tomato sauce over it.
