Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry it finely for 4 minutes on a high heat. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes in quarters and the basil leaves fine.

Take it finely from the heat and mix the sliced tomato, basil and tomato salad.

Place the flatbreads on 2 baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Crumble the white cheese and spread half over the loaves.

Fry the flat pizzas for about 10 minutes on top of each other in the oven. Swap the plates halfway.

Meanwhile, halve the rest of the tomatoes and put the arugula in a bowl.

Mix the rest of the oil with the balsamic vinegar into a dressing and scoop through the tomato-rucola salad.

Take the pizzas out of the oven and spread the rest of the arugula over it. Serve with the tomato salad.
