Chicken satay schnitzel with oriental stir fry


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, pandan rice (pack 400 g), chicken (-sat schnitzel (2 pieces, 250 g)), oil, onions (in parts), Oriental wok vegetables (400 g), cucumber (in strips) and coconut milk (200 ml).

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Prepare the chicken satay schnitzels with 1 tbsp oil according to directions on the package.
  2. Heat the rest of the oil in a stirring fruit the onions 3 min. Add the wok vegetable and stir fry 5 min. Add the cucumber strips and the coconut milk and mix. Bring the dish to the boil while stirring and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve the chicken satay cutlets with the oriental stir-fry and the rice.
