Spinach sauce with gorgonzola


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: olive oil, onion (chopped), risotto rice, white wine, vegetable stock (from tablet), ready-to-cook spinach (300 g), Gorgonzola ((cheese), in pieces), grated spicy cheese ((eg Grana) Padano) and grated).

Directions

  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a thick-bottomed pan.
  2. Fry the onion and the rice for 2-3 minutes, until all the rice grains shine.
  3. Pour in the wine and allow the moisture to evaporate on moderate heat.
  4. Add a dash of broth and let the rice cook gently for 15 minutes.
  5. Stir regularly and add a dash of stock each time the previous one has been taken up by the rice.
  6. Heat in a wok 1 tbsp oil and allow the spinach to shrink in a pinch.
  7. Spoon the cheese pieces and half of the grated cheese through the risotto and let the two cheeses melt.
  8. Add the spinach, season with salt and pepper and leave covered for 5 minutes.
  9. Spoon the risotto into 2 deep plates and sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese over it.
  10. Tasty with tomato salad..
