Chicken schnitzels with roasted pears from the oven

Additional needs: roasting tray.

Preheat the oven to 225 ° C.

Wash the pears, cut them in four, and remove the cores.

Stir in a large bowl cinnamon, cumin, freshly ground black pepper, honey and a dash of olive oil into a sauce.
